ICL7660S Charge Pump Converter SMT

The ICL7660SCBAZ is a super voltage converter in 8 pin SOIC package. Convert supply voltage from positive to negative over the range 1.5V to 12V. Can also be configured as a voltage doubler. The oscillator can run at a maximum 35kHz to avoid audio frequencies.
