Current high risk countries - Italy, Greece, Netherlands.
Please be aware of your local customs limits as you will be responsible for any local tax
and handling charges on orders exceeding this amount at the time of delivery.
We also reserve the right to refuse and refund any order.
Collection
You can place an order for collection from our premises in Solihull - we will notify you by email when the order is ready for collection. Please note that a small charge will be added as "postage" to cover the
payment handler's minimum transaction fee.
Collections can be made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Returns
If you are in the UK you can return any purchased item for a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return the goods to the following address (also shown on your invoice):

and include a covering note stating the reason for return and the invoice number so we can identify the order. The cost of return postage will be at your own expense. The item must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Please use the correct postage and get a certificate of posting to insure against loss - these are free from the post office. Once received, we will refund the cost of the goods, and if you have cancelled the whole order, our standard delivery charge. We will not refund the cost of premium or express delivery services. NOTE:If an order is returned to us by the postal carrier as being undeliverable or not collected we will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.
