Indicates HIGH, LOW and TRI-STATE logic states on H, L & HI leds.
At 5V:
LOW = <0.6V
TRI-STATE (high impedance) = 0.6V - 2.4V
HIGH = >2.4V
At 3.3V:
LOW = <0.39V
TRI-STATE (high impedance) = 0.39V - 1.49V
HIGH = >1.49V
