Online Payment
Simply enter the quantity of each part you would like to buy in the boxes found next to each one then click the "add selected to the cart" button to load your shopping cart.
You can select delivery options on the checkout screen.
You can opt to pay by credit or debit card, from your Paypal account, by bank transfer, or send a cheque or postal order - see below.
PLEASE NOTE - Card payments are handled securely and card details are not passed to us nor stored.
You will receive email confirmation of your order and successful processing of your payment.
Orders received by 1pm UK time (Monday to Friday) are normally despatched same day, but please note that this can vary during busy periods e.g. Monday and after holiday periods.
International Orders - we are currently only shipping to UK and Channel Islands addresses.
Postal Payments
Want to pay by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER (UK only)?
Click on the BUY buttons and load up your shopping cart, just as you would if paying online.
You can then proceed to the checkout where you can select Pay by Cheque and confirm your order.
You will receive an email containing details of your order, which you can print and enclose with your payment, or simply send a covering note containing your name, address and the order reference number.
UK cheques & UK postal orders should be crossed, made payable to Bitsbox, and sent to the address below.
Collection
There is an option during checkout for you to collect your order from our premises in Solihull -
we will notify you by email when the order is ready for collection.
Please note that a small charge will be added as "postage" to cover the
payment handler's minimum transaction fee.
Collections can be made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
